Counselling

BME (Black and Minority Ethnic) counselling refers to mental health support services specifically designed for individuals from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. These services often involve counsellors who understand the unique experiences and challenges faced by BME communities, including the impact of racism, discrimination, and cultural differences on mental well-being

Counselling is a process where trained professionals, can help an individual explore and manage personal issues; including Mental Health Concerns, emotional difficulties and Life Traumas.  Counselling is a form of Talk Therapy that provides a safe and confidential space for an individual to discuss their problems and gain new perspectives.

Counselling helps clients clarify issues, explore issues, develop strategies and increase self-awareness, ultimately empowering them to find their own solutions and improve their wellbeing.

Counselling involves a trusting relationship between a client and trained counsellor, where the client can openly discuss their concerns without judgement

We run Counselling sessions for BME women only, we also offer Bi-Lingual service in different languages, and we have women come from different ethnic cultures and societies

To break down the barriers that women encounter we offer counselling online and Face-to-Face.
